The weather couldn't have been more beautiful and it was wonderful to share time with eleven women. We did artwork, some worked on writing, and we all enjoyed a relaxing day and a half away from phones, news etc.
Lois' herb garden!
Center piece on our dining room table had such beautiful colors- geraniums and coleus in greens and burgundy.
This was such an exciting workshop taught by Luce Zolna, one of our Chicago Calligraphy Collective members! The purple photos are her demos and the rest are mine- most of the favorites were of the botanicals we printed, but I put on some photos of the prints we did with just soft rollers and color. The lettering was done almost blind on top of a paper covering the paint!
